Ice Skating in the Outdoors . ….

Last winter I returned to the ice after more than fifteen years, and recovering from my children leaving our area to pursue their interests but more so because I had broken my shoulder and too weak to wear ice skates. After years of physiotherapy, and walking and running, in this photo you see me preparing to return to our local Outdoor Ice Arena.
